DISCHARGE
Zero feel, all impact – discharge ink sinks into 100% cotton like it was born there.
It doesn’t sit on the shirt – it becomes the shirt – by bleaching the fabric to match your ink color.
Vintage vibes, no BS – perfect for that soft, worn-in look straight off the press.
Plays nice with 100% cotton – but don’t expect the same magic on blends or tri-blends.
WATERBASED
Insanely soft, seriously vibrant – the smoothest print you’ll feel, with colors that pop on light tees.
Prints into the fabric, not on it – waterbase ink becomes one with the shirt.
Don’t let the softness fool you – it holds textures and detail like a champ, just like plastisol.
FOILS & METALICS
Metallic ink = flash with attitude – plastisol amped up with metallic powder for that slick, reflective shine.
Foils go full throttle – laid over a plastisol base, they bring a mirror-like finish that metallic ink can’t touch.

COSTS EXCLUDE GARMENTS- SCREEN PRINTING PRICES PER LOCATION
Print capabilities are up to 10 colors on white garments, Print capabilities are up to 8 colors on dark garments. Printing on dark garments goes up 1 color for underbase white.

Film positive: *Note* customer owns film, Theory Threads keeps all film requested by the customer
Artwork spec sheet email for pre-approvals. Add 4-5 business days for turnaround time

We reserve the right on the following: We do NOT sell screens. Screens are a property of Theory Threads.
Please note screens are filed for 90 days after the order is completed. After 90 days, screens are reclaimed/washed. To re-burn screens after the 90 days, there is a $15 per screen fee (add $10 for water base screens). $10 press set-up fee per screen for jobs within 90 days of initial order.
